Are you ready to maximize your Doula potential?  Mentorship is one of the best ways to grow your knowledge, skills, and effectiveness as a birth worker. I know first hand that having a mentor can drastically increase your confidence and how quickly you expand your wisdom, insight, and ability to contribute to your clients in the most impactful way possible. I've had and still have several mentors along my journey as a birthworker and offer services to new and experienced Doulas who would like a thought partner on how to grow their business and reach the clientele they desire.

Mentorship is $35/month for a minimum of 3 months at a time when signing up. Under the 3 months you have access to:

• Private Mentee Group + resources

• Website & Social Media Audit

• Opportunities to Shadow births consultations, and Exit interviews

• 3 Meetings over the course of mentorship

  • First Meeting: Doula practice set up (client packets, website audit , social media audit, accounting support, basic business processes)

  • Second Meeting: Debrief birth attended, consultation support, review client packet created, in-depth assistance on one business-focused area from first meeting

  • Third Meeting: Debrief birth/postpartum shift attended, review of business items created and implemented, action plan for moving forward with your doula practice, and an in-depth exit interview

• Access to doula trainer via text/email or call as needed and availability is there.  ​
