iA postpartum doula provides evidenced-based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care.

Postpartum Yoga

Postpartum yoga is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice. A lot of changes happen to your body after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help your body recover. Postpartum yoga offers the most benefits during the first three months after childbirth.

Lactation Support

In-home support with everything breastfeeding! Don't struggle through the early days of breastfeeding without support. This service includes access to the Breastfriends group.

Placenta Encapsulation

The placenta is a magical oragan that you may want to keep and change it's form.

Placenta services are considered an add-on .
