August is National Breastfeeding Month and I've collaborated with a local organization to nring our community 4 breastfeeding classes with a cooking demonstration. As a Lactation Education Counselor, I educate families on the benefits of breastfeeding, they various ways to express milk and give to baby, and what to do should issues or concerns arise.

Your diet and nutrition play a big role in pregnancy and even greater role postpartum. Come get support in things to include in your breastfeeding journey and learn breastfeeding basics from a professional.

Breastfed babies are welcome buy space is limited so extra children are not allowed.
