About the event
Come and learn which herbs to blend for various teas and why they benefit you. After sipping and learning we will meet on our mats for a 45 min yoga flow intended to help you relax and release and leave all stress on the mat.
Bring your own mat, towel, blocks, and water.
There will be vendors and items for purchase before, during, and after the event.
This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
