Prenatal Visits

Ideally, you and your Doula(s) meet 2-3 times while under contract either virtually or in person. Prenatal visits are a great time to explore your pregnancy questions, build your birth plan, practice comfort measures, get prenatal education, and build rapport with your Doula(s). Spacing these visits out between your childbirth and breastfeeding classes will give you maximum support. Please schedule visits when your partner can be present!
