Find relief by soaking your hands and in warm water in a tub or using a cloth compress soaked in herbal tea.
Using a cloth: Bring 6 cups water to a boil and remove from the heat.Add 1 tbs of herbs to tea bag or directly into pot. Let tea steep until cool. 4. Soak a clean piece of fabric/cotton material in the tea and squeeze excess tea out of the cloth 5. Place soaked cloth/towel (compress) on affected area for relief. 6. Do not reuse cloth.
Adding to the bath/bowl: Add warm/cool tea to warm water Try soaking a few times a day for 15 minutes or so at a time.
