Service Description

This appointment should be made between 37- 40+ weeks pregnant as usually lasts 1hr-1.5 hour. For clients this. is our final check-in. Doula and (possibly back-up Doula) will join you in your home to discuss physical & emotional changes, practice comfort measures in labor, discuss Immediate postpartum wishes. We will do mind and body preparation for labor along with discussing when to call the Doula and final payment arrangements. You will need a yoga ball and any baby wraps you would love to try out. Bring all your questions and partners are needed!
