Service Description
This appointment should be made at about between 5-34 weeks and usually run s1hr - 1.5 hours. We discuss: physical & emotional changes diet & nutrition, revisit your birth plan practice comfort measures for labor discuss how to prepare mentally for tests like glucose & gb strep mind and body preparation for labor so much more This visit is offered between 10am -8pm M-F and 10am-3pm by request only on Weekends. This visit is virtual or in person at the client's home or a mutually discussed location. Bring all your questions and partners are welcome/strongly encouraged!
