Prenatal yoga is a practice that marries breath, meditation, and movement to ensure that the pregnant person can connect with baby and prepare for labor. The poses explored in this class help you ease daily discomforts and empower you to move in later stages of pregnancy to aid in a smoother delivery process. This class is for pregnant people but open to non pregnant people as well. WTD Clients are encouraged to bring their partner to classes. this is a virtual class.
