Looking to make your yoga journey personal? Sign up for solo yoga flows as needed or grab a membership plan and meet me on the mat consistently. Classes are for beginner- intermediate students. Please bring a mat, any props you desire, and water to class. Don't have a mat or blocks, mark your need on the intake form and still pull up? A link can be sent for virtual option.
