Practice yoga poses to help you feel comfortable and strong!
Service Description
The basic yoga class will be done at an upbeat pace incorporating the foundational poses of yoga – opening, standing, shoulder and hip exercises, inversions, twists, backwards and forward bends, salutations, and finishing poses with dancing. Students will focus on alignment and how to flow into the pose using breathing techniques. All you need to bring is water, a block or pillow for support, and a mat. Be sure to answer the questions at checkout. Registration for classes closes 2 hours in advance of the start time. Note classes may be rescheduled due to babies being born, I am a Doula. This is an in-person class. There is a link attached but will not be active unless you inform me you'd like to tune in virtually.
