Virtual Doula Support (1hr)

Service Description

Virtual support allows me to support clients locally in Memphis and all over the world. If you would like me to be your Doula "as needed" for a 1 hr minimum, use this option to schedule sessions with me to discuss birth concerns and postpartum desires. The rate is $50/hr.  We can discuss topics like your birth plan, comfort measures, breathing techniques, childbirth education, 4th trimester preparation, Breastfeeding class, one off breastfeeding support/trouble shooting. Contract clients can book this for 1hr virtual visits to deduct from package hours as needed.
